Join us in November as we move into the holiday season. This month we'll be discussing charity knitting. Each year in December we collect hand-knit items for our two main charities: Clear Path for Veterans and Vera House. Christina T. will discuss what items are of need. Members also may want to share what charity knits they support. 

In addition, Deborah G., one of our TKGA Master Hand Knitters, will do a brief program on How to Knit Garter Stitch in the Round. This will be great for newer knitters and a good refresher for those with more experience. Social time will follow.

The board of directors will be formulating plans for the 2026-2027 program year.  Please contact knittingcentralny@gmail.com if there is a technique or topic that you would like to see addressed!

The festival will be held June 6-7, 2026. The 2026 festival will again be at The Herkimer County Fairgrounds.  Just a short 60 min drive from downtown Syracuse, the fairgrounds are accessible, and indoor spaces will be more protected in case of rain.  Don't miss it!
