Join us in December as we give back during the holiday season. This month we'll be collecting donations of knitted items (hats, scarfs, cowls, mittens, anything that will help those in need through the winter months). These will be donated to our two main charities: Clear Path for Veterans and Vera House.
In addition, we will conduct an ornament exchange. This is a voluntary activity. Those who wish to participate should bring a hand-made ornament wrapped so members cannot see the item. We will have a table where members will place the items and write their name on a ticket. During the meeting, we will draw names so that everyone who brought an ornament will be able to come up to the table and select a different one to bring home.
