Can you believe it's the last meeting of the year already? No program is planned for June. We're just going to enjoy each other's company this month before we break for the summer. However, Tracy M. will be available to answer any questions on how to submit contest entries to the New York State Fair. Last year, there were only 12 knit submissions, so we encourage everyone to participate this year. Let's show them what we can do.

Following the meeting, for Knit in Public Day, we will meet at the nearby Onondaga Lake Park so people can see how much fun it is to be a knitter.

The board of directors will be formulating plans for the 2025-2026 program year.  Please contact knittingcentralny@gmail.com if there is a technique or topic that you would like to see addressed!

The festival will be held June 7-8, 2025. The 2025 will be in a new location - The Herkimer County Fairgrounds.  Just a short 60 min drive from downtown Syracuse, the fairgrounds are more accessible, and indoor spaces will be more protected in case of rain.  Don't miss it!
